Polyurethane Joint Sealant
ASMACO PU90 is a moisture-curing, one-component, polyurethane-based, non-sag elastomeric low modulus sealant formulated to suit most demanding construction sealing applications. it is highly resilient and has excellent recovery characteristics and can function under wide range of temperatures.
ASMACO PU90 is tested and certified to meet the most demanding sealant application via ASTM C 920 and ISO 11600. It is low VOC to meet “green building” requirements and safe to use with potable water.

Polyurethane Joint Sealant
AFTEK FLEX-PRO PU is a one-component, high performance construction joint sealant. It is a thixotropic moisture curing polyurethane sealant / adhesive with high mechanical strength and excellent resistance to weathering.

Polysulphide Sealant
Conforms to ASTM C920, FEDERAL SPECIFICATION TT-S-227. USASI A-116.101967 Class A and B, BS-4254
ANCHORSEAL 963 is a two-part polysulphide sealant that effectively seals all joints subject to structural movements as well as non-moving joints against ingress of water and dirt.

For sealing curtain wall panels, tilt up panels, window glazing, flashing and metal setting. Also for all joints seal applications where a short curing period is required such as expansion and contraction joints in sidewalks, shopping centers or any traffic areas. ANCHORSEAL 963 can be used in potable water tanks and in sewage treatment plants.
It will effectively prevent water from entering the sealed joints and thereby eliminate erosion of the soil underneath the slabs, particularly areas which are watered frequently, such as swimming pool decks and around planters which must be protected. All coping joints and deck joints should be sealed. In clay soil areas, unsealed joints may cause swelling of the soil and subsequent bucking and cracking of the concrete slab.
ANCHORSEAL 963 maintain a low modulus of extension even after prolonged exposure to the elements. This prevents adhesive and cohesive failures which often occur when a caulking compound hardens excessively with ageing.



Elastic Type, Hot Poured Asphalt Sealant
Conforms to ASTM D-1190-97 and AASHTO M-173-60
SPARK JOINTSEAL is a mixture of rubberized asphalt, highly selected drying and non-drying oils carefully engineered to produce a heavy-bodied, self-curing sealant. It maintains good bonding with concrete during expansion and contraction and is waterproof to prevent infiltration of moist, oils, dirt and other foreign substances.



Asphalt Joint Sealant
Conforms to ASTM D-1190-64 and AASHTO M-173-60
SPARK BLOWN ASPHALT 30-50 is a hard glossy cementitious material generally called oxidized asphalt. it is used as joint sealant for concrete roads, highways and joints of airfield pavements. It maintains good bonding with concrete during expansion and contraction and is waterproof to prevent infiltration of moist, oils, dirt and other foreign substances.



Polychloroprene Rubber Base – Cold Applied Joint Sealant
Conforms to ASTM C-920
SPARKSEAL is a mixture of polychloroprene rubber, vulcanizing agents, tackifiers, fillers, resins, aromatic hydrocarbon and ketone solvents and organic pigments. made in a putty consistency, carefully formulated to produce a heavy-bodied, self-curing sealant between horizontal and vertical joints in concrete and metal.
This product maintains good adhesion with concrete and metal during expansion and contraction, and is waterproof to prevent the joints space from the filtration of dirt, solid matters and other foreign substances.

Sparkton’s SILICONE SEALANTS are high performance architectural sealing and glazing compound. It bonds porcelain, ceramic, glass, marble, fiberglass, painted surfaces and most metals. it is ideal for making all size gaskets. Cured product remain permanently elastic and can withstand 600 °F intermittent temperatures and 400 °F constant temperature. Apply at temperatures between 10 °F and 100 °F.


G2000 Acetic Silicone Sealant
General Purpose : General glazing of glass and window frames. Sealing containers and prefabricated house.
Features : Resistant to UV. Easy application. Wide range of application temperature, 20 °C ∼ 50°C.


A2000 Acrylic Sealant
For Interior & Exterior : Sealing cracks. Sealing gypsum board. Gluing interior materials.

WS1000 Weatherproofing Silicone Sealant
For Curtain Wall & Aluminum Panel Joint : Expansion joint & curtain walls. Perimeter joints around windows or doors. High level aluminum panel joint.
Features : Wide movement capability up to 50%. No damage to secondary sealant. High elongation up to 700%.



FS1000 Firestop Sealant

FS1000 FIRESTOP ACRYLIC SEALANT is a fire retardant acrylic sealant passed two hours fire-proofing test by the government standard of Korea. Easy to use as one component type, outstanding resistance to UV and weather conditions. It has excellent adhesion to most materials (primer is needed at some materials like porous materials).
